Orders shipped via standard shipping in the U.S. will arrive within six to ten business days of your purchase.

RETURNS

It is our sincere hope at RECA bags that our customers develop long, happy relationships with each of their purchases. But if you’re unhappy with your purchase, your options are as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at customerservice@recabags.com within 24 hours we will do all we can to assist you.

*We may not be able to accommodate every order cancellation request. If your original order has shipped before you contact us within 24 hours you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the order.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

RECA bags guarantees its bags to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 14 days upon receipt as long as the customer adheres to RECA bags’s return instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item or if we ship the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange it for you immediately.

RETURNS: A RECA bag in perfect condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund in the form of original payment. Returns are subject to the limits on returns/exchanges below.

EXCHANGES: A RECA bag in perfect condition may be exchanged for another bag within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to the limits on returns/exchanges below. Customer pays return shipping; Reca bags will pay for the shipping of the new replacement bag.

Limits on Return/Exchanges

* Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days. No returns or exchanges more than 14 days after purchase.

* All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

* Exchanges. No more than one exchange allowed on any purchase.

* Mail only. Shipping on returns and exchanges by USPS is free. RECA bags accepts orders, returns, and exchanges ONLY through the mail. No in-person transactions will be accepted.

* Used or marked bags. Bags returned after they have been used or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
